  2.  @gglen6574  Freedom to live your life and support should you need it if you fall. That wasn't really a thing pre-1950s. My grandfather went days without food because he couldn't get work and his marriage ended. There was no internet. The winters were cold; food was rationed. There was nothing but a tin bath. We have never had it so good.
