By making the age limit 67 years old the Social Security Administration will save hundreds of millions of dollars every year! Americans life expectancy is dropping dramatically because of lifestyle changes and dietary choices.

My doctor prescribed statins for me and didn’t look to see I suffered from tendinitis and after I took them for a few weeks I had two major events my tendinitis was inflamed so bad I couldn’t hold my coffee cup and my blockage broke free plugging up my heart leading to angina! Statins are a death sentence and I quit taking them for COQ-10. And a fish diet rich in omega 3 fatty oils and avocado salads with lots of spinach and proteins and celery seeds oil of oregano and onions diced up raw with egg whites hard boiled in filtered water and garlic. My snacks are roasted almonds and dates and raisins. Diet is number one now and it’s easy to lose weight when your eating real foods that are all heart smart. Black tea and decaf coffee and low sodium V8 juice and beets with plenty of fiber.
