The young Adults from African American neighborhoods are not looking at college and university the same as Asian and other minorities do. African American people are not helping to police the neighborhoods. Inter city police chiefs are the hardest people to find qualified for the job. The culture of the African Americans is the problem it glorifies criminals activities and MONEY SEE MONKEY DO IS THE SCIENCE OF PUBLIC SCHOOLS!
