  1. I quit all fast foods after my doctor recommended a new diet that incorporates fresh fruits and veggies and fresh meats and fish with salads dressed with olive oil. The difference in my heart health after 4 months is incredible because I have now cut back 50% on my meds for high blood pressure and heart disease and I feel much much better because it’s a younger feeling of joy when I take my BP in the morning and it normal again.
