The Japanese owned many companies including NATIONAL STEEL CORPORATION AND THEY SOLD THE STEEL COMPANY TO GET OUT OF LEGACY COSTS WHEN OVER 65% OF THE NATIONAL STEEL EMPLOYEES WERE RETIRING IN 2003 MAY 19th and on May 20th 2003 the NATIONAL STEEL CORPORATION CEASED TO EXIST AND THE EMPLOYEES THAT WERE UNDER THE 1999 contract lost half their Penision and they lost benifits. THE JAPANESE SCREWED THE AMERICAN PEOPLE!
