  4. 911 ya we called back in 1989 and the police drove by 42 times and never stopped until I stood in the street blocking the police car the officer said why are you calling me I patrolled 42 times and no one was outside shooting a gun! Then I explained it’s in the back alley behind my garage! The police officers are not qualified for their jobs and it’s bad today because police officers fear daily for their own lives!
