Kentucky and few other States neighboring Kentucky need help with the clean up and buildings for new cities. Why not create a nation wide program to help people who live in States destroyed by lack of water to new cities built in the areas like Kentucky where great disaster hit in a rare once in the entire nation history in December. If we spend the tax dollars wisely and relocate people to new places equipped to house them the problem of 40 million people in the three States of California Nevada and Arizona. Goes away and the water aquifers can restore in the far west of North America California
