  1. The USA government needs more trained military personnel and the prisons are over crowded with people. I suggest that President Biden make executive orders for the light offenders locked up in prisons and jail cells a training program for NATIONAL GUARD DUTY TO PROTECT AMERICAN. Use The prisoner population and train them inside Military bases in a boot camp setting and give these young people a second chance to show Americans that they love our freedom and their freedoms and they will sign a contract with our government for service. This solves two problems the lack of trained National Guards and the over population of prisons with light offenders who are still young enough to be saved from a life behind bars lock away wasting !
