  1. Im speechless really, that vehicle could be used only for target practice! It can't be a propaganda attempt neither as it is literally a WW2 era weapon. Perhaps it is wagner who did it, there is some kind of beef ongoing between government and wagner because wagner doesn't receive a lot of modern weapons. So it is possible they built it to exaggerate their situation like ''we are fighting with ww2 weapons''...
