As somebody with heavy asthma i skipped forward as soon as i realized it! People have no idea how bad it could get within few seconds, panic is unavoidable as there isn't enough oxygen for even brain functions. At least he didn't feel too much pain it becomes pitchblack quite fast..

I can understand cave diving and find it fascinating! But entering a tiny tunnel without knowing if it even opens to somewhere is just madness i think..

@tookmyhandle2 You realize tying a rope to you is A LOT easier than ascending for 10 hours, right? There is no indication at all he risked it and he was experienced enough to know it was over so he tied the rope around him instead of trying to ascend desperately and end up in bottom. This was also 1994 so there weren't a lot of robot divers back then..

If it was a male instructor everybody on Earth would expect him to go back in and he would had done as well even if he didn't want to simply because of fearing investigation. But for a female instructor it is ''completely fine'' somehow, here goes gender equality to the toilet, after all it is only about glorifying women not putting them to same standarts anyway...
