They are in Libya for several years now, in fact dozens of wagner scumbags got killed including by Turkish armed drones but Russia doesn't consider them as a Russian force even if wagner group is actually linked to Russian government so they don't care how many of them are killed at all which is why vast majority of wagner members are Russian extremists that you can find dozens of their videos torturing and killing unarmed people...

  2.  Jason Tempel  CIA also did many terrible things but at least they are an official part of US so they can't really do whatever they want while wagner group is literally acting like a terrorist group torturing and killing people freely..
