  1. 90% of Gen Z problems are communication! They are so terrible at both reading and listening. To a point they don't really read nor listen, rather cherrypicking some words and "understanding" whole context from those. Try this yourself, give them a 3-4 minutes read document and ask them to read. Then 5 minutes later return and take the document from them while giving a paper and ask them to write to what they understood from it. Do not tell them you will do such a thing before hand, otherwise they would memorize the document. Only tell them while giving the paper, they will fail so miserably. Most of them won't be able to write what document is really about, i guarantee you. I don't know why exactly, perhaps because they grew up with phones and tablets and didn't intreact with people or read books, they are just terrible at any kind of communication. You can use this as a recruitment tactic as well, so at least you would hire somebody who can actually read..
