  1. Cut the hater shit guys, serpentza is from western side of world ofc he will compare china to there and try to criticise things. And about traffic rules he is absolutely right, issuing traffic tickets is not enough, you need to properly educate people what they did wrong. Even a dog knows fooling around in the middle of highway is extremly dangerous, those drivers are bad not because they are stupid because they never learned properly drive and they got stuck with extremely dangerous habits which won't change no matter how many tickets got mailed to them.. By the way it isn't western way at all. Im from Turkey and traffic polices always stop people who did something wrong for checking blood alcohol or drug levels, properly tell what they did wrong and issue a traffic ticket and if they have high alcohol level or did stupid manevuers like it was a racing game they loose their driving licence for 6 months no matter it is their first time or there is no accident. For getting it back they need to take some exams for traffic rules and even mental health. I hope that lady at the end of video lost her driving licence too, ive never seen such a thing in the middle of high way, if you do same in Turkey people may think you are a maniac and trying to kill people...

  2. selohcin Not true at all, im from Turkey and ive never seen or heard of somebody stops or turns around in the middle of highway. But i can't say we follow all the rules, for example we never stop at stop sign neither but we always slow down and check the road :DD
