If the western borders of Ottoman were secure Ottoman could organize a massive campaign which would take years and capture Iran but the western borders were never secure so they couldn't risk such a massive force. Also Oghuz Turkic nations same as Ottoman Turks were mostly ruling Iran like Afsharid dynasty and Qajar dynasty which was actually securing Ottoman eastern borders so any campaign against them was just pointless, in fact Ottoman and Iran only fought large battles when Persians were ruling Iran like Safavid dynasty!! (Safavid dynasty was actually Iranian Kurds but they favoured Persians greatly to stay in power and it was basicly a Persian rule) But sadly the terms Persian and Iranian are often confused in the video that Persian is a race name while Iran is a country name which includes Kurdish, Turkic etc minorities in the region...
