  1. Nothing about Turkish airstrikes? They are still hitting all over SDF territories including northeast of Raqqa as well. Pentagon also declared they have no plans to build any base in Kobane few hours ago even if there were troop movements to there. Negotiations between the new government and SDF is ongoing as they will surrender all their territories and become a part of the new army. If it collapses yellow area might collapse rather fast and we might see an Afghanistan level 'US withdrawal'..

  2.  @jp6869  SDF had only benefited US as a buffer zone agianst Iran. While now Iranian forces entirely forced out of Syria they have no purpose at all. Don't believe everything you hear in media like a bunch of militants saved the world etc..

There were many examples of representatives staying distant because of bad relations and this is no different. It is you who are declaring not shaking hands as 'disrespectful' and try to criticize him using your own fabrication! Even if he didn't shake her hand because of gender he can very well do that, in fact many western leaders refused to shake hands before but those were FINE, right??..

Like trusting a bunch of militants more than the second largest army in NATO. US was using SDF as a buffer zone against Iran, they never had any other purpose..
