I have to admit if i was police officer as a man i also wouldn't want to deal with a 15 years old drunk girl neither. And it has nothing to do with cowardice simply because no matter how careful you are it is 99.99% you would be sued by the girl! It is just better waiting for a female officer and let them figure out between themselves...
