  4. What a load of utter rubbish! Petraeus and McMaster are totally delusional and don't know what they are babbling about. Note that Putin never threatened to use nuclear weapons. He reiterated numerous times the long-standing Russian nuclear doctrine. Russia would use nuclear weapons only in retaliation to a nuclear attack and, possibly, if Russia's territorial integrity is severely threatened, but Russia will never effect a nuclear first strike.
