  3.  @cwanjohi  Liberty, fraternity and equality do not mean that you can drive lkke a lunatic on the road and ignore police instructions. After all, I can wear what I like in the street (as long as it is not overly promiscuous) but I cannot go around, stabbing people.

  4. What I do not understand is that he was allowed to hire a car when he was legally too young to hire it. Are no documents ever checked when hiring out a car? Whenever we hire cars on our holidays, the car hire companies insist on documents being shown to verify that you are hiring legally and we are well over the age of eighteen.

  6. @@SidCherk No, but he failed to comply with police orders and he was driving away with the policeman on his bonnet. The policeman panicked and shot him.
