  1.  @taramartinez3193  For the main part, I don't like people because they are too intrusive by far. They mock anyone who chooses a lifestyle other than the one which they live. I meant what right has anyone to ridicule anyone else for being single, childless, etc? No-one is asking those nosy parkers to live other people's lives. All other people want is to live their own lives. What right has anyone got to torment them about it?

  7.  @Eniles13667  Do not blame mobile phones for the fact that people do not go out and about all the time. Reclusive people have existed since the dawn of time, but the mobile phone had not been invented then,so they could not blame it. There are caves everywhere in which monks, fearing human contact for fear of assimilation, used to hide and make their homes. If someone wants to make the effort to go out and meet people, he or she can. If they don't, it is usually because they do not want to.

If he wanted a more exciting lifestyle, he would have remained in the city,been married, had children, etc., but he chose not to. Do not worry about him.

  14.  @darriusdavis35  Yes, but if you do not step out of thr comfort zone of your controlled life, you will be constantly repressed and frustrated, Darrius. I am not saying that you should take stupid, life-endangering risks, but doing something which you would not normally do is a step towards a more free confident life.

  19.  @chissstardestroyer  I agree with you. The trouble is that the world has always been geared towards sociability and companionship. Anyone enjoying his or her company is deemed weird. This starts in schools, in which a child gets bullied for being a loner. Even in adult life, people who like their own company are regarded weird: the employee who brings his own sandwiches to work and eats them by his desk instead of going out to the canteen with his workmates. Society is preoccupied with the idea of companionship being good, solitude bad. This can quickly make a person despondent and feel bad about himself. No wonder there are so many cases of despair and suicide.
