@sebastiang7394 The harm has been done. True, but a bigger harm has been done by allowing the criminal to go unpunished. Not only do you hurt the family of the victim but you also make it unsafe for the rest of society.

@GazB85 I read of a twelve-year-old who murdered his foster mother, by jumping into her car and reversing when she stood behind him. By his own admission, he intended to steal the car. Do you not think that this is worthy of harsh punishment? Children commit far worse crimes than most adults.

@hitmanabhi007 Yes, but one does not have to insult people. I mean, one does not have to make fun of someone else's prophet, antagonise those who choose to wear a hijab, niqab or any other garment or item. We would not like it if someone mocked our jeans, T-shirts or mini skirts.

@@labhrasodochartaigh2733 Yes, but we do not have to insult other people's religious beliefs - that is not freedom of speech; that is hate speech. You would not like someone mocking your religion or even your absence of religion.
