Look i'm not an expert but say a junior doctor earns 25000 a year for example (it could be more ior less i don't know) then they increase 1 doctor's wages by just 1000 per year think about how much money that'll cost! That'd make 26000 per year for 1 dr but then add up all of the thousands of doctor's in the uk and our economy which is recovering from a pandemic not to mention they probably wouldn't be happy with that oh and on top of that youve got the whole country demanding for more nhs spending
