  1. Maybe because they are French ? its there country. Many are not migrants, their ancestors became French during colonisation or because they fought for the French army, 30% are in a couple with an ethnic French, Mayotte has been a French territory for longer than the Alps and its 95+% muslim. There are many different situation, and the one living are unfortunately the secular well educated one, the very conseratives one stay.
