  1. the other question is how a conservator who agreed that he has done "something" awful to children - so awful that he cant' approach them - is considered to be the best person to take care of a mentally ill patient (as they present Britney)? And how can a conservator who decides what does his 'patient' wear makes the decision to exploit her as a sexual object in the media?! :)

  2. ​ @StrongMed  how do you like the fact that thanks to this case conservators can now legally exploit mentally ill conservatees for profit? :) The judge officially allows the conservator to dress his conservatee in the most sexual outfits possible and make her shake her booty in front of tens of millions of people to watch it. So how is this not a crime against a mentally ill patient? I mean, if mental health clinic did this to their patients - would the employees have still been free from prosecution? I guess not. While here we see the case of a judge RE-approving a conservator who puts his super seriously mentally ill conservatee (as it is officially considered by the conservator) into the lights, in panties+tights - for all the world (literally) to judge her, tell their opinions about her face, lipstick, voice, ass, breasts, tummy, dance moves etc. Is there no ethical/legal rules for the people who want to work as conservators? If they state Spears is super sick - the sole fact of THEM choosing her sexy outfit for an onstage performance is a killer argument against them ever working in this field again.
