  1. there is always a chance the crazy guy will make some damage to Ukrainian Nuclear power stations when retreating and try to push it onto Ukraine as if they "shelled the station" or whatever. Formally it will not be "nuke launched by Russia", but still - Europe will get a radiation poisoning easily. And nobody will be able to do anything about it.
