  1. ​ @TNuss Wrong. Jack Smith got the insurrection case dismissed without prejudice but Colorado court said he did cause insurrection & no one has pursued the Constitutional question of being disqualified from office.

  2. It hasn't been properly pursued...yet. I hold out small hope. Perhaps the GOP House will fix this for us by being unable to certify on Jan 6...then no inauguration!
