  2. You are totally wrong & Pritzker is correct. NO state, County, or local law enforcement is required or permitted to be involved in ICE issues except in very rare cases. The state gets no federal funds from ICE so it's their place to enforce immigration law...not violate it as they are currently

  3. Actually they can...Federal law does not negate the states rights. If this an ICE matter, NO STATE LAW ENFORCEMENT SHOULD BE INVOLVED IN FEDERAL IMMIGRATION ISSUES...THEY "Ain't paid or authorized to do so".
