  2. It is difficult to tell the world your cousin in a creep. He has admitted to what she said. Remember, a heroin addict may be "in recovery" but are NEVER CURED just like Alcoholism, it is forever. The man might be able to advise on environmental issues but that is the ONLY qualification he kinda possesses.
