  1. My problem with this settlement is that the JUDGE in the E Jean Carroll case HIMSELF SAID Dumpty' was essentially guilty of RAPE. If ABC/George just repeat the Judge's comment, how is that defamation?

  2. Yes, the judge used the word RAPE in reference to Dumpty's actions. The law evidently differentiates ASSAULT WITH A FINGER VS WITH A PENIS. Since Dumpty didn't use his MUSHROOM it was TECNICALLY SEXUAL ASSAULT
