  3. I blame the government. Criminal minds are behind the homeless problem. The Countries debt. The enemy living better in our country than their own. Our rights are taken, while foreigners are gaining more rights & property. I have a family member who decided to break the law and get incarcerated for a very long time so that he could have 2 meals and a cot daily. Because the price of living is so high.
