  1. There's no point in trying to leave Earth to get to anywhere out there. Sorry, but the Van Allen Belts say humans aren't going through them. And if they do & make it, they will surely die of being over exposed by doses of radiation = Many times greater than man has ever seen. So much radiation that it broke the 1st Geiger counters they sent up to test for it. 1000 miles up, and or off this planet is when 1 of these barriers begin... And there is said to be 3 barriers now.. As one may have been created by detonating nuclear materials out there. But definitely 2 barriers.
