  2. 3:40 Well said Jon. All a result of the dumb "War on Drugs", the efficacy of which has been next to zero these past 50 years... Study after million dollar study ever since the 1990s has proven the same thing... it does not work. Now, search "How Portugal has ended its war on drugs" to see what does work. That starts with treating "the meek" (drug addicts) like human beings, and helping them overcome, not like criminals, just as Jesus would have wanted it to be....
