  3. Yes, agreed. That's why they took the word "arm," not "firearm. An "arm" which one can "bear" can be anything from a knife to a Stinger missile. So here's the question: Would you want your slightly deranged neighbor to be able to buy a Stinger missile, quoting the the 2nd Amendment?

  4.  @carolchildofgod1467  So who's going to decide who the "correct" person is, who should be allowed to buy a Stinger, or any "arm" they wish. And who is going to decide when another person is unfit to own an "arm" of choice? With that, one already has the insight that not anybody can buy whatever "arm" they want, simply by pointing at the 2nd Amendment. Furthermore, the foundation for the need for "regulation."

  5.  @carolchildofgod1467  Yes, good question. Who decides whose rights to buy a Stinger or an AK-47, gets enfringed upon by a law or regulation? Answer: Your "dividers" decide, because the USA has been set up as a "divide and rule" society (Source: The Federalist Papers). These dividers keep the people of the USA divided, using the people's own built-in squibbles and differences, and that was created as the "default setting" by the Founding Fathers.

  6.  @carolchildofgod1467  You see, while you can find a lot of channels like this telling you what the Constitution or its Amendments say, you hardly find any channel that tells what it doesn't say, or what the words used don't forbid. That is, the "right" Washington DC gets to determine what rules or laws aid them in keeping American citizens opposed and arguing with each other.
