Simple we don't make sure everyone has ID in this country so we can't tie a persons rights to an ID card. Republicans themselves have admitted these laws will stop black people from voting and Republicans use the fear of Mexican immigrants voting to pass these laws. If they didn't let Ben Shapiro speak at Berkeley because he didn't bring ID you bet your ass this caller would be pissed about it.
