  3. Snaiper Suji Mayne Except he admitted to drugging them, it's ridiculous that you don't consider testimony entered into the court record to be evidence. It seems you are trying to derail the conversation by saying a recreational drug can't be used for date rape because some people use it recreationally. This is beyond stupid since even if it were true, being passed out from anything still makes it rape, and the most common drug that allows unconscious rape is alcohol.

I'm sure you will believe Bill over your lying eyes or his own admission.  Any way it doesn't matter what a drugs purpose is, if a person is so intoxicated they can't consent then it's rape. Of course since you are such a dolt you can't understand that alcohol was an analogy. Also how do you know alcohol wasn't involved if you haven't read the testimony. Not that it would do you any good since what good is evidence without a mind capable of understanding it.
