When your answer is "my premise is obviously true" with out any kind of discussion or consideration that is not a very good sign. The idea of "unfair" is also something that needs to be addressed because fairness is a huge part of defining right and wrong, you are begging the question by even adding "unfair" to suffering. Also suffering isn't necessarily the opposite of well being, recovering from major surgery involves suffering, withdrawing from addiction involves suffering, and ending a relationship involves suffering. I find it hard to believe that well being can't be improved by any of the sources of suffering I mentioned. If the argument is facts should inform morality, that is pretty much trivial, it's the why that is important.

That doesn't mean that Harris has a good or convincing answer to those points. Even the presumption that well being is moral is not concrete, combined with the fact that there is no scientific definition of well being or even an empirical one without moral philosophy making value determinations before hand basically dooms Harris's argument.

No. The AI is a creation of humans, it would likely inherit their biases as well as have cognitive flaws.
