I haven't read the quotes in context, I suspect people are stringing together inappropriate touching at 7 with masturbating in the same room at 17 to make it sound like 10 years of continuous abuse.

Proof?

Ganjaseed You're trying to tell me with a straight face that masturbating oneself is abuse? Seriously? I have read the quotes, and it's obvious they are trying to use one act by a curious seven year old who didn't know any better to make everything else sound sinister. Then they use a a comparison to child grooming to imply malicious intent, never mind the two things take place years apart and are completely separate. Finally they use the fact they shared a bed (for sleeping) well into her teens to make you think she was molesting her sister well into her teens. It's funny you have to try to attribute cynical motives to basic critical thinking, I don't attribute any sinister agenda to you, you're just a dupe.

Ganjaseed That would require me to buy the book, and you idiots aren't worth that much money. Of course you haven't read the book either, just 3 selectively edited passages.

Ganjaseed I have read the publicly available quotes and they were strung together to make it sound like what she was doing at 7 continued for years. Just because you are easily misled doesn't mean you have to be so touchy about it.

She didn't have the same kind of malicious intent an adult has, but what she did was still taking advantage of someone much less capable than herself. There is a world of difference between a 1 year old and a seven year old.

Ganjaseed The only thing that actually qualifies as abusive occurred when she was 7. The rest of it is selective quotation to make it sound like sexual abuse.

Ganjaseed That's not grooming, that's masturbation. You only infer it to be part of a pattern because it has been placed next to an incident that occurred before she hit puberty. That's the power of selective editing, people are fooled because they think everything you show them is everything there is.

Jeannette Rodriguez Really? How about a quote.
