  8. whyamimrpink78 The thing is republicans draw districts to divide those cities and deny them representation in the house contrary to the constitutional intent to have the house represent the people. They do this so it require a super majority to unseat them.

  10. whyamimrpink78 Partisan gerrymandering violates article 4 section 4 guaranteeing a fair form of government in the states, and the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment just off the top of my head.

  13. whyamimrpink78 Actually 1 million more did, but it was still a republican landslide. Requiring a supermajority to unseat one party while a simple majority still loses is a double standard that is immoral, illegal, and unconstitutional.
