@lain11644 And what happens if you lose your job? How will you get health insurance? And for that matter would Andrew Yang let you collect unemployment if you were getting your thousand bucks a month? Even if you have guaranteed employment until you retire a serious car accident or cancer could still hurt you financially.

@lucapfister That's not how it works, Obamacare was a huge fight against opponents in both parties and that basically saved the private insurance industry. Being nice to private health insurance won't get medicare for all. Nothing is wrong with $1000 a month so long as it's not $1000 a month to shut up and go away.
