  1. Yeah, George Bush was also harmless, then 9/11 happened. Trump has already gotten his supreme court picks from the heritage foundation and will likely get his advisors from the establishment as well. Bush was a well meaning idiot who didn't want to put a lot of work or thought into being president, Trump is the like that except instead of being well meaning he's a raging asshole. What could possibly go wrong giving him command of the military?

Buck Naykkid So let me get this straight, the most connected President was just along for the ride, and most of his heinous shit stemmed from that, but the guy with no connections who will have to depend on people already in Washington to set his agenda in the first place could not possibly get taken for ride by those very people. Yeah, that makes sense.

  3. They didn't impeach Bush, there is no way a Republican congress will impeach Trump. Impeachments have never been successfully done and only come close when the President was a different party than congress.
