Even if she did own them with 0 debt. What will this do to the rich guy she is looking for? If the rich guy was looking for 2 more properties and 2 cars, he could work for a few yeas and obtain them himself.

I'd love to marry a young woman who waited for marriage and lives with her parents. The issue is the arrogance and the monetary asks. I don't want to marry a woman that prioritizes economics first even though I am pretty well off. Why? Because it's a clear sign of divorce when hard days come. I'll have to live the rest of my life afraid of losing my job because I will also lose my family. So no thanks.

@cocraine But what's the point? Why would she need to sustain a family if she marries that rich man she wants? It's a paradox. If she were to settle with all those "economically mediocre" men that could be of use. But she doesn't. So what's the point? Also what family? She is 38 if I remember correctly? Even if she starts now trying to get pregnant at best she will have 1 kid.

@dorino9057 I have very high standards but not when it comes to looks. And I am far from "desperate". I find 40% of women eligible in terms of attractiveness alone. The issue comes when they have not waited till marriage, when they do not believe in the Christian family structure (patriarchal structure), when they are not young enough to have many children and when they are not virtuous and feminine. Also "misogynistic"? What are you on about? It is literally a fact that women rate men on looks as a slope and not a bell curve unlike men. 40% of women are below average, 20% are average, 40% are above average on men's ratings. 81% of men are below average, 12% are average and 7% are above average on women's ratings. Explain that.

Well they're certainly not virgins at those ages.

@cocraine Sorry to hear that. I've been studying Chinese for a year or so now (half way through HSK3) and already been to China and that studying culture is clear as day. Pretty sad to be honest. Instead of being a more family oriented society like older China, it has become a career oriented one. And the West is somewhat there too but not as much. From what I've gathered, China was always more on the "study" route but that was mainly for men. Because in order for men to work for the emperor they needed to pass through many tests. So that translated to today's workaholic China. In my opinion, family is the most important part of life. Then friends, then hobbies/career. But family is always 1st. So wasting your life for materialistic success without having a family is depressing and sad. And the issue is that within a good family structure, the wife and husband have different roles. And even prior to marriage, the husband looks for a woman that is young and can carry his children and can complement his life whilst following his lead and the woman looks for a man that is strong and capable of protecting and providing for her, as well as leading her in life. That's the general rule. Hence why men want young women that look cute and are feminine, whilst women want tall, built men that are successful. It all comes down to biology and our needs as humans.

@a.e.rivera-weaver8175 No man with balls considers the economic capabilities of the woman they marry as an important factor. Even if I struggle economically myself, I'd rather work 15 hours a day providing for a woman that saved herself for me, can give me many children, obeys me and gives me peace.

@justv7370 Nope you ain't. Most wealth is lost within the 2nd generation of the family. Unless your child learns practical skills, they won't be successful in life just because you sponsored them. I came from a lower-middle class family and I am doing amazing, because I didn't become a trustfund baby like many rich kids.

@Bunnymorphosis Wdym bureaucracy of dating? Are you talking about marriage? If that's the case I agree. Marriage as an institution has been degraded to a circus level agreement. However I am still optimistic in finding a quality woman (not by their definition) even if the odds are stacked against me. I do want a family and a wife without the government interference in our Christian marriage.

@atlanteancherub2560 “The more educated they are, the less entitled I am able to act.”? Huh? Men are acting "entitled"? I hope that one day they do but men have no standards anymore. They are the exact opposite of entitled. And yet we should be entitled to our wife's virginity, to our wife's respect and to our wife's obedience.

@cocraine Are you low IQ or is this ragebait? A rich man doesn't want a coworker, he wants a wife. Most men would immediately have their wife stop working to take care of the house and children if they could actually afford it. Pitch in on what? What exactly would a rich man gain moneywise by his wife "pitching in"? Nothing. Most rich men also want children to carry their family name and/or they usually work to become rich so they can have many children. And no 1 kid doesn't count as "family". There is a reason why the vast majority of men want young women and not post-wall women. They are more attractive, they are more fertile, they have less baggage. Now even if I gave you all those peculiar circumstances you claimed, I'd still ask you why is she still single? Is it maybe because the men she wants don't want her back? Meaning that whatever she brings to the table is not what the men she wants want.
