European fans and euroligue atmosphere is unmattched. The NBA is leagues behind. Everyone agrees, even your own players and fans say so after they experience the atmosphere first hand.

@SP-nx8qx Is that why former euro players dominate current NBA? Is that why the Us is choking in the world stage? NBA has the money and the talent and the population but it has been losing ground for a lot of time now. Why? Because they've been focusing on making superstars instead of great basketball players. Basketball is a team sport, not an audition. Yet in American college ball we see individualistic players thirsting over the "star play" instead of the team win. NBA fans are more in numbers but are far less invested than the average euro fan. Also no, most basketball fans in europe are not "soccer fans", that's just ridiculous.

@pais7111 Well the top 2 of the NBA are from "euro ball". So even if you count Giannis out, the point still holds. Us basketball is indeed a lot more individualistic than Eurobasket is, that's the reality of the situation. If that was not the case, then how can you explain the fact that euro teams are beating nba teams in the few matches they play together on a 40/60 split? Mind you even the least expensive NBA team has double the budget of the most expensive eurobasket team. So even if you claim that they play with the weaker teams, it still makes no sense. How can you explain the fact that the Us national team is choking when it should be demolishing every other national team with ease? The gap between the NBA teams and the Eurobasket teams isn't as large as many think and in my opinion that's mainly because of the individualism and show aspect of the NBA.
