  1.  @CzCorrupt the US actually followed their obligations under various nuclear treaties and have developed conventional capabilities that can counter adversaries’ nuclear capabilities. Notice how russia keeps rattling nuclear sabers about red lines but haven’t followed through. They would be destroyed.
