  3. Oh gosh I am soooo sorry . You have been traumatized . Please focus on improving your nutrition as best as you could and I would like to suggest adding beans (or organic psyllium if you have or believe you have kidney issues as the abundance of potassium and other nutrients in beans can be very hard on the kidneys) daily . This will help your liver excrete bile which carries fat soluble waste out of the body and your liver to produce new clean bile which is essential to overall health in many ways .
