The Taliban are unwittingly paving the way for ISIS and worse things to follow. Whatever part of a normal society is remaining after the Taliban have "edited out" all the people they feel don't belong there (similar to what Pol Pot did in Cambodia) will be easy takeover fodder for ISIS later on. If the Taliban truly wanted to help Afghanistan, they would have moved far away.
