Look at how the Republicans spent years refusing to hear Obama's appointees, only so Trump could fill seats with party hacks later. Watching the people of America refuse to see this as a coup is like watching Neville Chamberlain try again and again to appease Adolph Hitler, thinking that someday he'll be satisfied with what he's taken by force. These Republicans won't be happy until we have a full on one-party state here with them in charge of everything.

The Democrat platform in the US is very centrist by European standards, whereas the Republican party is over about where Hitler used to be on the spectrum. You know, places where elections are certified to be fair (the US refuses international observers), where the government is held to account for its misdeeds (the US refuses to let ICC investigators in), where people live longer and are healthier and enjoy better access to healthcare and education, where there are more F500 companies per capita, and where the democracy is less autocratic-mob-rule than in America.
