  1. It will take awhile to see the effect. The time between Mardi Gras and the peak of cases caused by Mardi Gras was around 40 days. Mandating mask-wearing is what's slowed down the transmission rate in New York down to where the hospitals are slowly emptying out.

  3. Every 22 days, the number of coronavirus cases in Ohio doubles. Requiring everyone to wear masks slows down the transmission a lot. New York requires masks, and that's how they've pushed the doubling time out to 48 days.

  4.  @thedevilsadvocate5210  When everyone wears masks, person-to-person droplet transmission is much reduced. And droplet is the primary means of spread. Do me a favor please and research your nonsense /before/ posting it.
