  2. A comment from the USA. Using data snapshots from worldmeters, you can figure the week-over-week case rate increases in different parts of the country. And the state with the highest rate of change (South Dakota, which went from 146 cases/M to 455 cases/M, a 211% increase) is one of those places where the governor disparages "herd mentality" and refuses to lock the state down. Perhaps the governor (guess the party affiliation) will be eligible for the Tony Spell award?
