Further exponential growth in the USA is almost a certainty. I have witnessed the crowded campgrounds, the crowded beaches, the license plates from all over, the crowds of people tight together and ignoring masks & distancing unless some plucky store/restaurant employee forcefully reminds them of the rules. With the current high prevalence of virus and random community spread, there's almost no chance those people aren't circulating the virus.

@HkJoK What I've seen, on the west coast and the interior vacation spots (hot springs & such) is that people go from high-covid to low-covid places to engage in pre-covid behaviors that they miss. It's insane :(

@walkyourdog6584 Washington & Oregon coast. Eastern & central Oregon too. I've spent most of the last month out traveling (and keeping distance from folks) to see this, since it doesn't make the news. Edit: that being said, in Washington the messaging seems to be more thorough.
