From the highs in the 70K range, US daily new cases are finally showing the decrease that the leader wants to see. All it took was cutting the CDC out of the loop on numbers from hospitals.

@Amazing_missB We know what's going to happen when testing is slow - cases will get even more out of control, except the obvious measure of it will be jammed hospitals, higher death rates, and refrigerated trailers packed full of bodies and hauled away.

@mskimberly7777 Back in early January, the leaders of the US were told what was going to happen unless urgent steps were taken. Instead we got months of lies and happytalk. Now look where we are. Months too late, our leaders are finally talking about masks making a difference.
