The whole country is like Wuhan - it spread all over the place while mad king Donald didn't want to hear about it. Large swaths of the USA have not yet been locked down. Domestic air travel has been continuing, so people have been fleeing the hotspots in droves and heading out to the hinterlands - and some are carrying a viral payload. As of yesterday the USA has tested only 0.17% of the population.
